As we all know , good health is more important than wealth . Food gives ourenergy ,so we must have enough food to keep healthy . We should eat more fruit and vegetables and less eat ,and we also must have right kind s of food . As the saying goes, a cup of milk a day can make us healthy as well . All in all , we ought to have a balanced diet .
