My favourite sport is jogging. I do jogging every night for a very long time. I like jogging is because it is a very healthy habit and a healthy ecercise. If girls want to keeo fit and loose a bit of weight, why not take up jogging. It is a good exercise for all ages. You can control your own speed and the distance you want to run. It is the most useful exercise for everyone.
