I want to lose 6kg

I've decided to give up red meat (such as lamb, beef and pork), just drink water, eat no fried food and more fruit as well as exercise twice a day until I meet my target.

Giving up red meat is tough... and most of the food in duoluo is fried...

I guess more dumplings and baozi wont kill me

Alex,i bet u can do it!you can do it for at most 4 days...haha... you will see!i think of i told myself one year ago:i should lose weight!!! until now..i begin warning myself once again-_-||:)but fond in duoluo really cant attract me!!! haha

If you really want to meet your target, you can do it.Keeping a good diet and doing more exercises will make you lose your weight. Come on!

If you do exercise to lose weight,I believe you can insist…but for food--"just drink water, eat no fried food and more fruit "and "more dumplings and baozi ",I guess you can't insist for at most 4 days Cool

wow, it's a difficult job! Cool there are so many people want to lose their weight, maybe they will be confidently at the very beginning, but most of them give up after a short time.
If you can keep it up, you will definitely do it! good luck! bounce

the food is so attractive ,it is hard to resist,

i want to lose 5kg. but winter is not the season for losing weight. besides, i need more fat to be warmer in winter. i hardly exercise, and eating less doesnt help me a lot, travelling does. about 3kg every time after some travelling, i will gain weight back in 1-2 months though. good enough to look less fatter in a short while.

en .i am losing weight ,too.
it is a long way to go.
doing exercise is a more healthy way to keep fit ,rather than limiting the diet . albino
