Green tea is widely consumed in many Asian countries, including China and Japan。The amino acid theanine, which is thought to have a tranquillising effect on the brain.So dear friends,,please drink more green tea

enen...I like drinking green tea for the fresh feeling it brings to me. Very Happy Regularly drink green tea also benefits our heath.
